At Academy by 12 Mile Media, our instructors are more than teachers - we’re storytellers, creators, and mentors. Each of us is an active professional, working on real-world projects while also guiding young learners to explore these same fields.
With over 30+ years of combined experience across print, film, audio, design, and animation, our team brings the industry straight into the classroom. That means children don’t just learn theory - they learn how creativity works in the real world. From designing books and posters to producing films and podcasts, we give them the same tools, techniques, and processes used by professionals today.

Founder of 12 Mile Media and lead instructor at the Academy, Teja has spent over two decades blending design, storytelling, and technology. His background spans across print design, web development, and both 2D/3D animation, giving students a rich, multi-disciplinary perspective.
In the classroom, Teja encourages children to see creativity as a playground — where ideas can be sketched, animated, or printed into reality. With his hands-on approach, kids not only learn technical skills but also how to think like creators and storytellers.

Allison is a seasoned media professional with 20+ years in video and audio production. She has produced documentaries, podcasts, and live media projects, and brings that industry experience into every session.
At the Academy, Allison helps children discover the power of their voice and vision. Whether it’s teaching how to frame a shot, edit sound, or run a podcast, she shows kids how stories can come alive through moving pictures and sound. Her teaching style is collaborative and energizing, giving every child confidence to experiment and express themselves.

Rajshree is an architect and 3D designer with more than two decades of professional practice in building, modeling, and creative design. Her expertise lies in translating ideas from sketches into full 3D models — whether for real buildings or imaginative worlds.
With children, Rajshree focuses on the art of observation, sketching, and spatial imagination. She helps them bring their creative visions to life in drawings and digital 3D, encouraging both precision and playfulness. Her workshops balance structure with creativity, teaching kids how to see, shape, and share their ideas in entirely new ways.
